- LPLindsay PhelpsJun 23, 20235.0Metro Water is the only company that could fix my hard water issue at the apartment complex I manage in Minnetonka which the city is known for having the hardest water. I had been dealing with terrible customer service, technicians and issues with Culligan for 5 years. I would call Culligan monthly with issues and Culligan would take a month to come out for service and they would say this might fix it. I decided to make the switch. Now we use Metro Water and they respond right away and have experienced technicians. Haven’t had any issues once since switching out my softeners to go with Metro Water! Great company, great customer service, trustworthy and dependable. Highly recommend!

I had a technician come over to look at the water softener. He determined that we were using the wrong type of salt pellets. Stirred up the old pellets and told me to get other pellets once the current ones had depleted. The technician was done with his work in 15 minutes. Unbeknownst to me, Metro Water Conditioning decided to charge us for 1 hour of "Residential Labor" ($110) after only 15 minutes (if that) of labor was completed. This was in addition to the "Trip Charge" of $65. Not used to this type of service here in Minnesota. Usually firms are on the up and up when it comes to things like this. We feel as though we have been taken advantage of on this. Total money grab.
