- KNKarl NannDec 29, 20255.0Ultimately I had a great experience with this company. My furnace was no longer working and I called on a Saturday afternoon. I spoke with what was apparently a new scheduling bot and was put on the schedule to have a technician come out on Sunday morning at 8am to fix my furnace. When I called the following morning at 8:20 asking where the technician was, I left a message. My call was promptly returned and I was informed that they typically don’t work on Sundays and that the new bot was mistakenly scheduling appointments when they didn’t have availability. The person on the phone was incredibly apologetic and tried to get someone to come out same day, and when they couldn’t, they walked me through some problem solving to get my furnace hobbling along and scheduled someone to come out the very next day at 8am. During the actual appointment the repairman (Bob) fixed the problem, and also educated me on what some of the potential drivers of the issue were and how I could prevent it in the future. Overall, very positive experience not only in the final product/service, but also in how they handled a mistake created by their new technology.

Peter inspected our chimney and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. We are looking forward to spring and completing the repair. He also wrapped it up for the winter.
