- MMMike MOct 6, 20225.0I had an excellent experience working with Mike and can not recommend this location highly enough. I rarely do reviews but Mike went out of the way to accommodate some special issues that I had with my last minute reservation after U-Haul left me hanging. Mike was professional, thorough and a pleasure to work with. Mike gives us Mike's a good name and there should be more Mike's like Mike out there. As a side note I ended up flaking on the reservation that Mike made happen last minute due to some unforseen issues (it was me not them) and Mike again was quick to refund the deposit and didn't even hassle me for being flakey. I would have hassled me for it but not Mike. Can't recommend enough.

Since it was a holiday, it was difficult to get me another lift, but I know I will be treated fairly and I will continue to use United.

I called United Rental and asked if they wouldn't mind removing the snow even though it was not their responsibility. They told me not a problem and they removed the snow. Businesses with abilities like this should be praised for their good deeds. Communities need to stick together so a huge thank you to United Rental for helping keep our kids safe!!
