  We are really enjoying our new awning. We feel like it has added an outdoor room to our house and the wind sensor did work in 15-20 mph winds. Treyvon and (? Name?) did a great job with the installation, leaving us with instructions and no mess left behind. We are really enjoying the awning!

  I worked with Hunter after meeting at the Home Show, and he was professional and super nice! The install was pretty straightforward and they look great!

  Horrible customer service and an unfinished project, which I was depending on for an inspection and was clear about it from the time of the estimate. Felt pressured at estimate to commit, which was a big mistake. I had to call them twice to get installation date, and when that finally came around, the crew showed up at 2pm, told me right away that installing on the south side of my house would be impossible (despite the estimate reflecting the install), then called when they left about 30 minutes later, unable to complete the job because they didn’t have a generator. When I called the company, I left a message with the finance manager, who assured me the installation manager would call me back, which never happened. I was put in a bind to find another service who could install within days, which was incredibly stressful. I highly recommend steering clear of this company.
