They warned me about the noise, but they were actually pretty quiet, and done very quickly with absolutely no mess! They took time to explain how the opener will work and made sure I had what I needed for remotes, documentation, and resources. They even had fun with the dogs. Would HIGHLY recommend for service and products!

I really appreciated the fast service since my old door was ruined the night before and couldn't be closed. Also, I had a crooked door frame and unlevel slab, so not an easy job in my opinion, but the installer did a great job. This was my second time having a new door installed at different homes. Top notch installation both times.

They were punctual and despite it taking a lot longer than they expected (due to an old garage,) they stayed until the job was done. They even came out a few weeks later to help with a warranty issue and showed up within twenty minutes of calling. They are truly a fantastic crew.

He was unfortunately unable to fix our brand new garage door opener as it’s a dud from the manufacturer. He gave us great advice and I have now convinced my husband into buying new garage doors (we previously discussed it but that was the nail in the coffin so to speak)!!! HAHA In all seriousness, he was great, he gave me quotes, information on new garage doors and openers, his business card and steel door samples to pick out our new doors and took all measurements before he left so all we have to do is pick our doors!
