I have come to rely on these guys since my husband took his final flight west. I will admit Albert is my favorite. He is efficient, kind and he knows his stuff. We put in hydronic heating long before it was fashionable and it requires some knowledge that is not aways in my wheelhouse. I truly appreciate their ethics and reliability.

I had Air Mechanical install a furnace, AC and install and relocate a water heater and water softener August 2022. It's a pretty large expenditure as you can imagine. They did good work as far as I can tell. Everything else has held up to this point. But I was hoping to be good to go for awhile. Today I had Air Mechanical come out for a warranty replacement of the water heater quote. The service rep Chad was a nice guy. Straight forward. Easy to understand the quote. Availability for installation is good at the moment. Like everything these days, prices and costs are difficult to absorb. But even when you think you're covered, it seems you're really not. I got pro-rated to 2 years remaining on a 6 year water heater, after 3 years and 6 months elapsed. I don't see why it couldn't just as easily be pro-rated to the full 2.5 years instead? Or calculated for 3 years remaining if Rheem wanted a semi-satisfied customer. I mean, c'mon man. Nobody is happy when expensive items fail halfway through its expected lifetime. But it seems nothing falls to the customer favor these days. So another $1200 after that short period of time for a replacement standard 50 gal. electric water heater and install is a significant expenditure. The service guys I've met from AM have all been great. But I need to have at least a thousand bucks at the ready any time I call for service. Last time it was a proportioning valve in my shower. $100 part. 2 hour job. Over $1k out of pocket. Everybody deserves a fair wage and benefits. I hope the employees at AM are doing really well. But everybody is struggling. Is it right to wipe out someone else's entire paycheck for something requiring limited effort and parts expense like that? No. Something like that can spiral your finances in a bad way.

Matt hill was the best sales rep I have ever dealt with. I've had a new roof put on new siding, put on, I've had new carpeting upstairs and downstairs, hardwood floors put in the whole house painted upstairs downstairs walls and ceilings. I have dealt with numerous sale reps. He was by far the best, informative, polite and knowledgeable.

AMi was wonderful to work with and had same-day service available at their weekday pricing. Haruna Kollie was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot that It wasn’t the furnace, but the thermostat causing the issue. Excellent job!
