I am a real estate developer/contractor so I have been dealing with construction for 50 years. I had Morton build a storage building garage at our cabin and I am completely satisfied. Everything was done exactly as quoted and ahead of schedule. The quality of the work was exceptional. I did not have single punch list item! Jerry and his team are a pleasure to work with. They are accountable, accessible and, most importantly, they are honest. I give them my highest recommendation.

Spring 2018 requested a repair for leaking flashing around a chimney on my Morton building. Never got a return call. Spring 2019 the chimney still leaks so I stopped in to the Cohasset location to again ask for repair. I was told the person to talk to was gone for the day but would be in touch with me. July 2019 and no call yet. The chimney doesn't leak badly so it's not an emergency situation. I would prefer Morton did the repair since they would most likely have the parts and expertise to repair their own building. I'm not asking for warranty work. I know they are busy, so I'm not asking they drop what they're doing for my little project or have someone work OT to do it. All I expected was a phone call with a yes we'll do it or no we can't but here's someone who can. What I got was ignored.
