It was a busy day for plumbers near Biwabik, with temps near -30, and sounds like many folks were having pipes freeze. AHS was booked out but the kind dispatcher added us to the waiting list for the day, and a crew (Mike and Johann) ended up having time to help us at the end of their scheduled jobs. They were altogether wonderful-- kind, informative, and working efficiently to problem-solve our situation. Many thanks to the dispatcher who got us on the wait list, and to Mike and Johann for being willing to add another task to the end of their workday.
