Subsequent phone calls were picked up right away by the customer service rep . Ryan showed up on time for the estimate. We discussed whether to repair or replace and decided to replace. Got the detailed estimates not long after he left for either just replacing the faucet or doing a replacement plus shut off valves. He said install could be done within a week after the part came in.

Mark was very considerate, personable, competent, and quite willing to help with any particular inquiries I had.
