- BKBarbara O 'KeefeApr 13, 20261.0The worst! I live at the Legends of Woodbury, We have 1 elevator that goes to all 4 floors for our building it is now day 11 and no repair in sight! They did a scheduled maintenance a couple weeks ago and found nothing wrong ... suddenly everything is broken... As tenants we are at the mercy of our property management company so I'm not sure who is at fault TKE or Dominium.... Either way it is ridiculous!
- CRCaddy RowlandApr 11, 20261.0Horrible. A 55 plus apartment, on one side they have two elevator because that side is about a block long. Too almost two months to fix one elevator Now on the shorter side, where there are still many apartments, it has been over a wekk and it is our only elevator. We cannot cross over from 3 or 4 to other side. They had it fixedless than 30 monutes and broke again. Claim more stuff broke down most parts to wait for. The clincher? They shut it down a couple weeks ago for annual inspection, but they found nothing Must just had a card game in there. It jas neen browken at least every pther week sonce Jan 1. My parrots could do a better job maontaining our elevators. Shame on them. The residents are someones parents and grandparents.
