I have flown back and forth to Minnesota and was taken back buy the beauty and kindness of people. I scoured her house to make sure when she came home she could navigate her new life. See, she can’t walk to far without getting winded. Her lungs are damaged and can’t breathe without oxygen. I was assured the elevator was perfect. I have checked in on her over and over and her ELEVATOR is still not fixed. She has to wear a pulse ox to make sure she doesn’t pass out on the way to the stairs! PLEASE DO BETTER OR OFFER A SCOOTER OR SOMETHING!!!!
