The person who I dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful.the dock is 30+ years old and the part that I picked up was the only issue that I know of in that time. The damage was from a winter wind storm that blew the ramp off from sitting on top of the dock.
- BJBrad JohnsonAug 4, 20255.0I recently bought a new V-Dock and I am very happy with it. The people there are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I chose a 38 foot dock with an 8x16 foot sundeck. It was almost completely assembled already and put on one of their trailers for me. Final assembly and installation in the lake was very easy.

I did my research on the internet for portable docks and decided to go with the V-Dock from R&D manufacturing. Its been 6 years now and the dock looks like we just bought it. Its easy to roll in and out as the water level changes. The height is easy to adjust with just a socket and drill or supplied hand crank. The decking is easy to clean and still looks great. There a lot of parts to assemble but they provide an instructional CD and good directions to help, plan on spending a good part of a day to unpack and assemble. They were great in helping with our order and was delivered on several pallets in just a few weeks after ordering. Thanks V-Dock we love our dock and it’s taken fun at our lake to another level! V-Dock is so impressive that three of our neighbors bought one after using ours!
