Scott, the sales rep, was knowledgeable of products and took accurate measurements during my free consult appointment, with no pressure to purchase. John, the installer, was on time & professional. He moved furniture and appliances and completed the job in 2 1/2 days (two 6 1/2 hr days, third day, 3hrs.) Also within the last 3 hr day, he put felt on all furniture legs and moved furniture back in place. Scott called the day after completed install to follow up. There was 1 piece of trim that needed to be nailed, Scott contacted installer John & he returned to condo that day to fix trim. Great experience with Custom Floor Coverings, I love my new floors!

First we’ll talk with you to answer a few questions (room size, existing floor, what products you’re interested in, etc.). Then, you tell us if you’d like to see some products at home, or if you’d like to visit one of our wholesale locations. From there, we’ll set an appointment to come measure, select the final product, write an estimate, secure payment, and schedule final installation.
