Scott, the sales rep, was knowledgeable of products and took accurate measurements during my free consult appointment, with no pressure to purchase. John, the installer, was on time & professional. He moved furniture and appliances and completed the job in 2 1/2 days (two 6 1/2 hr days, third day, 3hrs.) Also within the last 3 hr day, he put felt on all furniture legs and moved furniture back in place. Scott called the day after completed install to follow up. There was 1 piece of trim that needed to be nailed, Scott contacted installer John & he returned to condo that day to fix trim. Great experience with Custom Floor Coverings, I love my new floors!

There were three tiers of vinyl as far as quality and pricing that I could chose from and went with the middle option, which was also a great price.
