- WMwayne mecusSep 4, 20251.0I'll be honest I've had no work done by them and I'm sure there's some in the company that do great work but I live by the farmington shop and deal with them on the road everyday and most of them are the most unprofessional incompetent drivers I've ever seen with a DOT sticker ....one of them (if they haven't already) are going to kill someone....always speeding....texting on their phones...cutting you off and just all around poor drivers!

After moving in and using the floor, we loved it so much that we decided to have the Penntek flooring added to the garage. Since we have a large garage and had recently moved, it wasn't possible to do the entire garage at once. Melissa provided various options for this project and answered all our questions. After considering the options, we opted to have Penntek flooring installed in select garage bays now and then have remainder of the garage completed at some future date. Scheduling was easy and we were able to take advantage of an opening a week after signing the agreement. Work crew (Brad & Jahir) arrived on schedule and immediately began work. They were very professional, courteous, and efficient. Their communication through the project was wonderful (explained work/timing before beginning and also provided full debrief on completion and answered all questions). The 2 garage bays (~725 sqft) were completed by 1 pm. Crew definitely deserve 5 stars! In our case the floor was cured (duration is based on environmental factors) such that we were able to walk on the floor after 18 hours and parked in the garage bays after 72 hours. We love the garage floor and will have IBS II come out next year to do the rest of the garage. Look and the functionality of this floor are worth every penny (same applies to our interior mud room floor). Pictures show before and after of the "Silver Creek" Penntek floor in 2 single garage bays.
