They are very responsive and easy to work with, and Trey has gone above and beyond the normal expectations from a plumber—-when he came to hook up a new shower for me, he actually installed the shower itself and saved me a lot of time. They keep excellent records on the work they have done for me, and their prices are very reasonable. Five stars all the way.

The technician (Sam) showed up right on time, told me about the issues he found, was transparent about the repairs and pricing before beginning the work, and was SO polite! The office staff was also great to work with. 10/10 would recommend NRH to all of my family and friends!
