  Initially I had a great experience with their customer service upon ordering my material. That is where my great experience ended. I received my order and it DIDN'T fit based on the dimensions provided to me BY BROCK WHITE, not only verbally but in black and white on my order. Because we were trying to get our CO on the house the very next day, I had my stone guy attempt to sand down the stone they provided to make it fit. Well, it didn't and it cracked the stone. I called Brock White and explained what happened and they told me too bad, I should have driven across town on my dime and time so they could sand it down. They took absolutely NO ownership over the fact that their dimensions were incorrect and said "how do I know that your dimensions weren't incorrect"? The manager, Crystal, then said, that she would have to repay her stone guy to remake it. I asked her why it was okay that I had to spend my money and time to drive back out to fix their mistake? Needless to say, she said she would not remake my $93 stone and I would have to re-pay for a new one. Funniest thing I heard all day. If they couldn't get the dimensions right the first time and wouldn't take care of their mistake, why would I trust them again to get it right knowing if they screwed up AGAIN they wouldn't take care of it. IWOULDN'T give them another dime of my money and neither should you. They clearly don't stand behind their work and aren't willing to right their wrong. Not only that, the manager has quite the undertone, was rude and showed a lack of integrity. I have NO problem giving my business to Hedberg from here on out!

  We are building a new home and have stopped in the the Elk River Brock White twice within the last few months. We have never been treated so rudely by anyone as we were here both times! The man that was there acted like we were bothering him even though we were the only ones there. He said he never heard of our builder who I hope stops giving them his business, acted like we weren’t important enough to help. We left and I called to place our order for brick for our fireplace. A couple of months later we were notified that our brick was not going to be in on time so to stop in there again to pick out a different brick. When we went in the second time, the man working there didn’t have any record of our order or our new home build. He was extremely rude once again. After telling a young woman to help us she was also very rude and told us to wear masks even though we were the only ones in there. The man working there was not even wearing a mask! We went elsewhere for our brick, I told our builder we would not be going through Brock White. Will never do business there again and hope that other contractors stay clear of them as well. Many other places that you can get the exact same products. DO not give Elk River Brock White your business!!

  Had stone work done at my new home last year. Worker left a mess of cement that I am having to clean up. Will never use this company and don’t recommend either.
