  We had water damage from a pipe that burst in an outside wall on a Friday afternoon on one of the coldest days of the year. Tyler arrived that evening and executed a mitigation plan for the carpet and walls. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and kept us informed on upcoming visits of the next steps. He and his team did an excellent job of communicating with us in a timely fashion on arrival time, the process, etc. I would highly recommend.

  This is such a great honest company and I would highly recommend. I had water damage throughout my condo; kitchen, hallways, living room, and laundry room. Initially, another company was brought in by the association to mitigate the damage and actually caused more damage to my unit. Needless to say, I was highly distressed. S. Robideau Construction was recommended by my insurance company USAA. Once the ball was in their court, immediate steps were underway to get my unit back in shape. Dave came in and put together a conservative and fair estimate. In the long run, it benefited my insurance company along with my premiums. He was very patient and answered my many questions. These guys are all honest and professional and aren’t taking advantage of the system like many companies do. Scott came in as the contract manager and provided extensive information for me to choose flooring, cabinets, countertops. I actually opted to upgrade and change my kitchen layout along with some other options that changed the project timeline. Scott was very patient as this was quite a learning curve for me. Curt and Chuck came in and did an amazing job rebuilding, insulating, painting and staining all my walls and woodwork. Brian and his crew from Liberty Electric did an excellent job rewiring the electrical throughout my unit. Since I was not able to be at my unit while all the work was going on I was very comfortable leaving a key in a lockbox and having any and all of these very knowledgeable, professional and honest people come and do their work in my home. Ashley, whom I never got to meet in person, was so cheerful and helpful over the phone in handling all the administrative aspects of the project. Gary closed the project with a personal visit to make sure everything was done according to my expectations. He is a wonderful honest human being as well. I will hope to work with this company again sometime in the future. I’m sure I’ve missed some names but just so you all know you are highly appreciated and have my sincere thank you for all the work you accomplished at my home.

  VERY pleased with the finished work and process using Robideau Construction. My 90-year-old mother filed an insurance claim for extensive water damage ($54,000). We decided to follow our insurance agent's recommendation and call Robideau. All four of my contacts were not only professional but also communicated and worked with me through what I felt was a complex process that needed my mother's input, which wasn't always timely or precise. They were patient and willing to work on our schedule. The work itself exceeded my expectations. Tyler started by ensuring that all damage was identified, properly documented for the insurance claim, and mitigated so that no further damage occurred. Dave worked through the details, pricing, and recommendations for how to proceed. Scott scheduled and ensured the work was done promptly, meeting our needs. There were hiccups because it was an older home, but the Robideau team made sure the insurance covered the extra costs and did additional work not only to put the house back together but also to address future problems that were not required. Lastly, when I needed help and was stressed by dealing with my mother and the issues at hand, I received a call from the owner, who explained the process and reduced my stress. I always wonder whether someone who leaves a glowing review is connected to the company in some way. I don't know anyone from Robideau other than this experience. THANK YOU!

  Highly recommend these guys! They are a wonderful team of professionals to work with who has your best interest at hand. I had water damage on my main level in my town home and never having to experience this before, I was a little stressed out. Tyler, was the first to come out to the house to start the mitigation process. From the second he walked in, he was extremely professional, kind, and honestly, put my mind at ease. I then worked with Dave on the estimate; he was so great at taking time to answer all of my questions, went over the process, and was so genuine as he addressed my concerns/worries. He made my decision to move forward with S. Robideau a "no brainer". Jason was my project manager, and talk about a responsive, patient and personable man. I have a tendency to over think certain decisions, especially when you have to pick out all new floors (not a quick easy decision), anyhow, he was great at providing his feedback and assistance. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed. Jason was very responsive throughout the entire project! I also got to meet Ashley! I stopped in unannounced, and she was just so welcoming, cheerful and kind. She has such a upbeat attitude and very pleasant to talk to! I also got to meet with Gary. He was very personable, kind, and great sense of humor. Thank you to everyone on the team that worked hard on getting my house put back together! I greatly appreciate all of you!
