  Terry Dunham and his team did an outstanding job on my mom's house - from dealing personally with the insurance company to repairing the house and actually making it better than ever. We were so pleased with the result and the fact that the work was done so quickly. We'll definitely use Dunham Construction again for any future improvement or repair projects. Tim and Barb Kelm

  I would like to take this opportunity to thank Terry and his team for the beautiful roof they did last year for my home in Eagan, MN. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they were a pleasure to do business with; respectable, dependable and professional.. I would highly recommend Terry and his team for all construction needs. They go well above and beyond to give great customer satisfaction. I look forward to having them back for future needs.

  Terry responded to my inquiry almost immediately and was very accurate in accessing the project. He is very knowledgeable, capable and gave us options. His recommendations made sense and there was no pressure. He handled all the paperwork. It was a simple and easy process for me. The finished project looks great. I couldn't be happier.

  We worked with Terry and his crew in May 2020. Terry is a very experienced contractor who is very attentive, thorough and well-prepared. His work crew did a wonderful job on our project. Terry worked very well with our insurance company as he has the experience to know what they will need to rectify a situation. We would highly recommend T Dunham Construction.
