  Gabe and Hofrenning Construction had excellent reviews on my neighborhood Facebook page. I agree with those reviews and add a +++ to the excellence. There was a water stain on the ceiling. Gabe was able to figure out what caused this. He fixed the issue both on the roof and the inside ceiling. The communication was outstanding and the repair was finished in a very timely matter. I highly recommend Hofrenning Construction for repairs and any building you may be considering.

  I had some wall anchors installed in my basement walls to mitigate a bulging and cracking foundation. That required a good amount of demolition and the addition of anchor bolts to be adjusted over time. I selected Hofrenning Construction to essentially rebuild my basement, and at the same time provide access panels so that the wall anchors could be adjusted. I also used this as an opportunity to remodel some areas. I eliminated doors in some walls, added doors in others, and gained a modern, usable downstairs bathroom. The crew maintained a regular, daily schedule throughout the job and completed the work in a timely manner. I was very impressed by the skills of the crew members. They could transition seamlessly from one task to the other without hesitation. They are multi-talented and able to frame walls, add insulation and master all aspects of preparing walls to paint, which they also completed as the finishing touch to the project. I was especilly pleased when the existing carpeting was cut and re-installed within a room with new dimensions. I liked the fact that they started on time every morning and they made sure all areas were cleaned up at the end of each day. All members of the team were approachable and responsive whenever I had questions or a special request. Also, the work of the electrician and plumber were coordinated to the extent that there was never any wait time for these specialists. It was a smooth operation. This was a great experience for me and I am more than pleased with their work. I wholeheartedly recommend Hofrenning Construction for your building and remodeling needs.
