  Hi this is Violet Huisingh. Had to use someone else's phone to make this survey work for me. Phillip was most courteous and knowledgeable . He actually cares about customer service. I will not call anyone else for my future service. I am also recommending him to my whole HOA !!

  Thank you Philip Kruse, outstanding. I called A1 Thursday morning because my garage door was making a creaky noise and didn't want to wait too late if something needed to be worked on. By 1:00 that day, Philip was here ready to check my garage door. He kept me updated on his arrival so I was totally aware of what to expect when he arrived. He was friendly and professional, found my issue and had it fixed in no time at all. He explained about the status of current parts that will need repairs or replacements in the future. We are in real estate and we will not only be having Philip out in the future but we will also be sharing his information with our clients going forward. Thank you Philip!!

  I had a bad squeek when my garage door opened and closed. I thought it was important to have this checked out. Nathan Fritz came to my house on time, and figured out the problem. He explained to me why the squeek was happening , and what needed to be done to solve the problem. I agreed, and within an hour and a half or so it was fixed . Nathan was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Nathan and A1 Garage door ! Jim Fruen

  My garage door wasn't opening. I looked online and they had an opening for same day. They came out quickly and was able to fix my garage door pretty quickly! They offered 3 different options for me to choose. Definitely will returning for any issues with my garage door! They were friendly and helpful as well.

  The online booking was fast and easy. I received a confirmation text and email at the time of booking and a request to confirm the appointment via text the day before. They offer weekend hours, with no price increase, so that was a major draw to going with this company. The technician called prior to coming to the house and he was running early, so was able to start 30 minutes prior to the start time window. He even offered to bring me coffee! Once he was on his way, they send you a picture and info about the technician, which was appreciated! The technician assessed the problem, did an overall check of the garage door and gave us options. I didn't feel pressured to choose one option over the other- he was very clear with the advantages of either. We replaced the spring, some plates and rollers. I am not sure if the price is comparable to other companies (it is hard to find prices online), but I paid a bit less than I anticipated. Would highly recommend!
