  My garage door sensors were blinking but I could not solve it myself. Bryan Vargas came out and showed me the problem: the green sensor must have gotten knocked. He showed me how to seat it properly. He was here all of 5 minutes and I so appreciated his help!

  A garage door spring broke, and within 24 hours all was fixed on a Sunday. The repair was expensive, but the tech Tim B explained all the worn out parts from the 1987 install, which I agreed. Tim is a professional and knew the mechanisms thoroughly. He answered every question I had (I'm a retired engineer) and great to work with. Note that Tim gave every discount including SR's.

  Tim came to check out what was wrong with my garage door. He was very friendly, and he helped us save money and weigh costs. He was knowledgeable and helped educate me through decision making instead of just telling me what the best choice would be. Something I appreciate about the company is some safety measures they took that made me feel more at ease. A1 sent a text saying who the service person was, ans the text provided a picture of Tim so I would know what their guy looked like. They also made sure I knew their vans would be clearly labeled as A1's. I also appreciated Tim calling me in advance to let me know when he was on his way (which is standard), but what made me feel more safe was that he informed me that another service man would be there to be trained - and he asked me if I would be comfortable with that. As a woman who's husband isn't always around during the day, I really appreciated all the safety steps this company took! Thank you, Tim and A1! 👍👍

  Last night we noticed that the spring on our garage door opener was broken. I called A1 at 5:30 p.m. and they were able to schedule a repair for as soon 8:00 a.m. this morning. And, the crew was prompt in their arrival. Lead technician Nial, along with the help of Chong, were terrific. They did a thorough examination and determined that, in addition to replacing the broken spring, other nearly-40-year-old parts also needed to be replaced ... with regard to safety and wear and tear on the opener motor. We chose to accept their advice. The technicians were personable, effective communicators, and demonstrated that they are experts in their craft. Our garage door opening system is now like new and I could not be more pleased with the service and the price. Thank you!

  I'm in a tough situation writing this review as I originally had a tech come out to service our door on 12/19/2025, I knew we may need to replace the door but was hoping not to. The tech, Alex, was amazing from the start (he was even accepted by my dog). He explained that the band aid that he would apply was already applied on two of our other panels, and that he couldn't guarantee how long they would last. So I opted to purchase a new door. Here's where the frustration begins. I was told when working with the office that the panels were waiting to come in around the week of January 19th, 2026. I was surprised when the install coordinator called me the last week of December and scheduled my install for January 6th. 9:30 am I received a call that the tech went to pick up my order and a panel was shorted from my order and that "the vendor said it should come in tomorrow, so if it does, we can install it then, or we'll have to reschedule." I never received a call the next day or week. I reached out to the office number on the business card given to me during the repair consult and left a message with no return. I called this Monday, January 19th, and was told "the vendor believes they have your whole order but they'll double check and get back to us to make sure they have everything." I haven't even received another call for updates. It's frustrating that I'm scheduled to begin payments on the loan in February and communication has been a nightmare once I've had to deal with the dreaded Install Coordinator team and I don't have a new garage door yet.
