  Armon was a pleasure to have as a technician. Gave plenty of notice that he was on the way (bonus was he showed up at the beginning of the arrival window). He took the time to assess the issues and provide multiple options from what needed to be done now, what could wait and different equipment options. From past experience with other companies, I was pleased to feel like he went above and beyond what a normal tech would do! Very knowledgeable and personable. Thanks A1 and a big thanks to Armon!

  Cole came with kindness a smile & a cup of coffee for my husband. He quickly assessed the condition of iour very old garage door & gave us an idea of how much a replacement would cost as we advised him that ideally we want to wait until spring to replace it. What a stellar human Cole is!I hope that management has noticed Coe’s lenthusiasm for his customers & helping each one come to a conclusion as to what their desire is, without pressure. It was A very good experience for us & we look forward to a positive experience in the future when we are ready to proceed.

  My wife and I were very pleased with Armon Harrell-Adams knowledge and professionalism. He explained in clear details our issues with our garage doors and he took ample time to describe the various options for repairs. When pricing the project to fit within our budget he contacted his head office and they made the appropriate adjustments. Armon took special care during the installation and went over and above expectations. Because of his expertise we asked for extra business cards so that we can share with our family & friends.

  The online scheduling was easy. Reminders were sent for the appointment, and a picture of the Andrew, the technician, was sent the day of my appointment. Andrew showed up on time and was very friendly. I explained the issues we were having with our garage door and the price was confirmed before any repairs began. Shortly after the service began, Andrew explained the issues he was seeing and discussed options. A detailed report was emailed immediately following the appointment. Overall, the service technician was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely hire this company again in the future and I would request Andrew! 😊

  While Bryan, the technician, was amazing, taking intricate care to tupe-up the garage doors of our homeowners association, the process to get him here was tedious, at best. Never once, despite my many requests, did Milo answer the phone or bother to pick up the phone to call me to discuss coordinating the work effort. In addition, a few days before the work was to be done, and after the painstakingly bothersome process he put us through, to gain service, he attempted to not honor the $29.95 per door offer we had previously agreed to. It felt much like a bait & switch situation. Bryan made it all worth it, but I do recommend paying close attention to the antics of Milo.
