  Extremely happy with the service provided for my garage door. I called on Monday and they had an opening immediately, which was a huge relief. They followed up promptly with the date and time via both text and email. I was given a clear two-hour arrival window, and they were courteous enough to send a text and email when the technician was on the way. The technician even called personally to let me know he was about 20 minutes out - great communication all around. Professional, efficient, and respectful of my time. Highly recommend!!!

  Preston installed a new opener for us. The opener works but there were a few sloppy things that were left after looking the next day. #1 he didn’t leave a physical manual or installation guide when he left or even talk about it. He left his number and told me to call Him with questions. I left him a message and haven’t heard back. #2 while installing the button on the inside of the garage he stripped the screw completely so I can’t get it out or in. It is loose. I’ve spent a good hour and a half using appropriate tools to get it out. No luck. #3 less important but still. The placement of the button/opener is partially off the wood. #4 I am also questioning the tension of the chain as it is rubbing on the way up. I typically don’t like to be critical, but I paid good money to have someone else install this. I could’ve done this on my own and have in the past. So I am not satisfied.

  I had an emergency garage door repair with my car stuck inside and I had a great experience with A1 garage door service, thanks to Jacob. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. Jacob took the time to explain what was wrong with my garage door, walked me through the repair options, and completed the work quickly which was an inspection and getting a quote for a new door. He arrived on time, worked with care, and made sure everything was functioning smoothly before leaving. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to help his customers. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Extra Kudos because he had to make an unnessary second trip out to my house the next day was super cool about it. If you’re looking for reliable garage door repair, I highly recommend asking for Jacob. Outstanding service all around!

  I just had service done and felt like I was way overcharged, when I look at what other companies charge for the same service. They used aggressive sales tactics to get me to sign on the spot. The tech also put down other companies when I told him what I was quoted elsewhere, saying if anyone does it that cheap they do it wrong. Upon more online research I see that I was likely charged almost 3 times more than I should have been if I went elsewhere. Also, After the installation I called their customer service line, not one person could tell me what brand of spring was put in. The reason I wanted to know is because I was charged over $1,000 for a spring and I can't even find a spring online that costs anywhere near that much. They are just taking away money from hard working families by taking advantage of a stressful situation then charging so much. The tech acted friendly, even saying "I used to work at other companies and they would never do installation correct," really pushing that if I go elsewhere it wouldn't be safe. Was really hoping to have a good experience as my neighbor is looking to have a garage door done, but I cannot in good conscience recommend them.

  AWESOME !! Called , booked an appointment, was somewhat concerned about pricing and questioned the reservation representative She assured me that it would be well within reason. The Best is Yet to Come !! Anticipated day of service came , I was notified via text as well as email that my service agent and installation representative would be at my home shortly . Nate and his Colleague arrived, I explained my situation my old garage door opener had quit working, so I went out and purchased a new one assembled it , and realized it was a bit more than I thought, I welcomed Nate and his colleague into the garage to show them what I had, he took a look at it the garage door opener I had assembled, and he took a look at the garage door and he smiled , then ? reassured me that no this wasn't a problem for him or his colleague at all, WOW !!! What a relief 😮‍💨 he expressed to me it wouldn't take long 1 hour 1½ and Not to Worry, I went inside and they got to work with a few adjustments here a few adjustments there they hung the garage door opener and fastened it to the door . The door Now glides through the The tracks whereas before it was kind of stuttery and rickety .... Thank you so much Nate you guys are Soooo BOSS !!!! Right On !! Michael Burkhardt .
