  Referred from Home Depot website. Installation was very prompt, arrived within 2 hours and finished about 2 hours later. As best I can tell, the cost is predetermined before the dispatcher contacts the selected plumbing contractor. Matt from Champion did great plumbing work and was very pleasant to work with. My cost was higher than expected but in fairness, I needed a power vent model.

  I had previously gotten a quote for replacement of an aged water heater. I called to get an update on the quote three months later, around 9:30 am, and by 11:30-ish the technician had already arrived ready to install the new water heater. Unbelievably quick scheduling! Two hours later the work was done and the technician was on his way. I'm a very satisfied customer!

  Very helpful and professional plumber Billy came out to give us an estimate on a gas stove hookup. He was through in his explanation of what was needed, the costs, and alternatives. He took the time to give an estimate on a washtub replacement estimate along with water heater and softener future replacements. Billy's knowledge was excellent regarding current building codes and explaining the upgrades required to replace equipment in the future. Super great experience with a professional who enjoys his works and communicating with people.

  Adam and Lucas did a great job for us today! Their communication with us gave us confidence that they knew what they were doing. Adam did a terrific job in leading the team and Lucas did excellent in his learning on the job! We would highly recommend them and would definitely call Champion if we are ever in need of a plumbing service again because of these two!.   My water heater installation was handled professionally and efficiently. Our technician, Austin, arrived on time, explained all our options clearly and helped us make good choices for our situation without any pressure. He paid great attention to detail, made sure our carpeting was protected from damage and tested the system thoroughly. He walked us through how to use and maintain the new water heater. We are very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a water heater installation.
