  I am more than satisfied- I’m impressed! Well done Cody!!! We had a different company out that really messed things up, it took our tech minutes to figure out a plan and got started. Fixed it all, cleaned everything up- and wow! I want to personally thank Cody, who ever hired him, and the owner for exceeding every expectation! Best in the business

  **Update 4/9/26 Customer service has still not returned my call since the day of service. Disappointing. 4/726 I should have been suspicious of the 1K reviews and dug deeper. Be sure to read past the AI generated reviews to find that of actual customers. Unfortunately I was scammed by this company yesterday! After calling about a tune up I was up charged on so many things, replacing bolts, then springs, then cable. Over $2K later they are now telling me my opener needs to be changed for $3K. Stay far away from this company!

  Excellent excellent customer service!!! I knew the potential problems with our garage door tune up as soon as I opened the garage door when he arrived and saw his response from the noice!! I appreciate his honesty as I’m not a novice at repairing issues around our house. He did a thorough inspection and provided me with recommendations that I knew needed to be done. Most of all I appreciate the upfront recommendations without the hard sale on things that I could decide needed to be done without the arm twisting. I appreciate that more than anything!! Selecting an organization to perform work for you today is truly based on that trust that you can count on! Working in this environment and getting above and beyond expectations is truly amazing. Thank you!

  Nathan and Andrew are excellent technicians. Knowledgeable and efficient. They showed what and why they were fixing a part. Explained why I should do each fix before doing it. I truly appreciated that since I am not knowledgeable of garage door parts. They did the set up on my phone which included connecting with Xfinity. And, said I should call them if there are any problems. Comfortable that “all is well” because of Nathen and Andrew’s work. Thank You, Nathen and Andrew!

  I had a great experience working with Preston and the resolution staff at A1. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me find a solution that worked for my situation. My garage needed repairs that I was worried would be way out of my budget, but Preston took the time to walk me through the options and made sure everything was explained clearly. The resolution team worked efficiently and delivered high-quality results, all while keeping the price fair and affordable. It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service with honest pricing, but A1 definitely does. I really appreciate their help and would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage repairs!
