    I had waited inside to return something for my husband, no one to be seen anywhere. Stepped outside to grab the part to return, came back in, finally someone at the counter. Looks at me, no acknowledgement and answers the phone. When I asked if I could just go down to service to return the part, she actually rolled her eyes and said she's on the phone. I responded I had already been waiting but no one bothered coming out to the counter. She yelled for someone else to come out. Sickening customer service. If you can go to Eau Claire Mack, you should...stay away from this one if you can.

    Great place to get your truck worked on. They get right to it. Very friendly people. They actually care about their customers. I am very satisfied with their service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
