  First appointment sales person explained everything included in price. Set up a time for completion and kept us informed of progress when it came time for installation. The day of installation Blaine arrived on time and installed it within the time quoted, the plumber came when expected and Blaine completed it in one day. He went over cleaning ideas for the tub/shower combination with us. Both men we interacted with were courteous, prompt and pleasant to work with. I do agree they are more expensive than some others, but the quality of their product is worth it. The best part is they are local.

  We were fortunate to have Levi as the installer for our tub to walk in shower conversion. He did an absolutely fantastic job. I was home the entire time and was able to observe Levi’s work. His attention to detail was exceptional. He arrived about 8:15 am and left about 6.30 pm. He was as thorough during his last hour as his first. We are very pleased with our beautiful new shower.

  Mad city has the best product and the best warranty. Brayan was super professional and did everything he could to make our experience with mad city the best it could possibly be. I will definitely call them again when I’m ready to update my kitchen/ bath. Whichever we do first! Thanks mad city!!0

  Peter, our installer, presented professionalism with a heart. He kept us in the loop throughout the installation of our walk-in shower. Miles, the field manager, even stopped by to introduce himself and admire the work. All work was inspected by our local inspectors. We would recommend this northern company.

  Matt and Cody have been great. They are the nicest guys. They put in all 4 windows quickly and they look great. They informed me the last window broke in shipping and reassessed me the window will be replaced and installed at a later date. The company didn't require me to sign the completion document until the final window is installed and I have no doubt this crew will resolve the issue and get my replacement window here and installed with no issues. They are managing the situation as professionals. I'd definitely recommend MadCity to anyone looking for windows. Even though there was a broken window that was no fault of their own the company is managing the issue and I trust they will handle it well throughout the entire process to completion. Matt B and Cody O have been great and are extremely professional. Everyone has been professional and easy to work with.
