  I have not had the opportunity to have any work done by this company. After my experience with a salesman today I definitely would not hire this company based on my interaction with him. He came through my closed in fenced backyard instead of using my front door like he did the rest of the neighbors. When I asked him what he needed he proceeded to let me know where he was from and offer me a free quote. I explained to him I was not interested and he kept pressing on he asked me why and I told him I don't plan on living in my home much longer so I'm not going to add more home improvements to it he proceeded to argue with me and then say "so your telling me your not interested in free quote why wouldn't you take the quote" I agreed with him and said "correct I am not interested" he became very aggressive after I explained to him that I am a real estate agent and I'm fully aware of home improvements and what leve of that increases the value of your home. But I still wasn't interested. He would not take no for an answer and I became very uncomfortable, he started to argue more and talk over me. At this point I have declined his offer politely 4 times. The encounter became so unerrving that at that point my husband ended up coming to the back door because this man was standing in my backyard arguing with me. I finally had to tell him to leave my property and once I told him he needs to leave my property his response was "there we go". I'm not sure what that meant but I felt that he was just very aggressive. I went out my front door to see where he was headed next. My neighbor was outside and said that he came to her front door and she also had an uncomfortable interaction with him. I find it odd that someone would argue and approach a home through an enclosed backyard instead of their front door if they're trying to sell their services. My front door is right next to my neighbor's front door and he used hers just fine. Needless to say I will not be referring any future clients of mine to this company.

  Got approached for a free estimate. Went outside, stated I wasn't interested. Person was very pushy about giving a free estimate. Kept making insinuations about me "just burning money" and then started making snarky remarks about getting a job at my place of employment.

  We had a great experience with Mad City Windows and bath! From the initial consult to the installation, everything went the best it could. Josh from the install crew made sure to maintain great communication and keep us updated through the two day install. We will be calling back for the remaining windows and a bath remodel.

  Brayan replaced 3 windows two double hung triple pane and a slider triple pain ,on the second floor in record time in 40 degrees on November 11. Everything looks Great at a glance. We do have a question about the brick mold trim, we will make a determination in the spring whether it works the way it is or maybe it will need to be changed. Other than that the job was fantastic by Brayan.

  Octavio demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the walk-in shower project. He genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the final appearance of the product. Love the new walk-in shower! I have one final piece that needs to be installed after I redo the bathroom floor. Octavio has kindly offered to return once I have completed the flooring to install the last finishing touch. I truly appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile!
