  Had my favorite installers Matt and Brayan back at the house! Cody was a new one and just as fantastic! These guys do such a great job and I've enjoyed getting to know everyone. You guys treat this old Victorian with such great respect. Love the work every time.

  I had Mad city come and replace my large front picture window today. I was notified several times (that's good, my memory stinks) and I was told a service time between 8-10. The crew showed up just after 8. They promptly got to work and had this huge window disassembled and out in no time flat! The lead of the crew was Bryce Martindale and this guy was awesome! He lead that crew of three guys so effectively and with no BS! He's a true leader and it showed! They had the old window out and the new window in in about an hour. I was so impressed! My family and I are so impressed with the new window, it's so nice and beautiful! It really makes our house look so much nicer, and it ups the value of the house. Thank you, Mad City, and also Bryce Martindale for doing a GREAT job!!

  We are super happy with the installation of our new bathroom window. This was part of a bigger project, and Bryce showed up with his team and lickity-split got the window replaced without slowing anything else down and without letting the house get cold. (It was well below zero that day!) I would highly recommend these guys again!

  Pushy sales tactics and multiple times (5) I said on the phone I wasn’t interested. The lady wouldn’t stop even after I called her rude twice. The call lasted 2 minutes and I had to say I wasn’t interested 5 times. I’d assume scam artists if you treat people like that. I understand trying to make a second attempt at a sale, but by time number 5 you’d think you’d get the hint. Door to door sales and very pushy if you call the number.

  Josh and his crew did an absolute wonderful job! Even in bitter cold they worked hard and efficiently. They were knowledgeable and answered our questions. If they didnt know answers they found out. They installed 3 windows in a matter of hours. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. Called to inform us they were 20 minutes out and again to let us know they would be a few minutes late as they were looking for propane. They were friendly and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone!
