  Mad City was a great company to work with from start to finish. Once everything got scheduled, I was informed every step of the way if something changed. Cody O and Matt B showed up on time and were both very professional. Answered all of the questions I asked. Cody O and Matt B did an amazing job and kept me informed while on-site with what was going on and what they were doing. Job was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. If they had questions that needed my input, they asked. Never assumed anything. I would recommend these two to anyone. I hope they come back for the door install that I need done next. Great installers and great company in my experience.

  The team of guys, which included Bryce & Andrew, who replaced the window were very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, helpful, and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. They were very thorough in explaining information about the window and the warranty, and answering our questions. Bryce even pointed out that the “J channel” color did not match our siding or our other windows. Bryce put in a request to order the correct color & have someone come back to finish up the installation within 2 weeks. We are very impressed with this team & their work. Also, the window appears to be of superior quality! I would recommend this company again because they’ve done such a great job.

  Crew that installed were great!! Did a good job. Worked nonstop until the door was in so the house didnt get too cold. Sliding door looks and functions awesome. Brayer, Matt and Cody also took time to give my dog some lovins.. Great job cleaning up too!

  DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. Mad City Windows showed up at our home unannounced around 5:00 PM and immediately acted in an aggressive and inappropriate manner. They banged on our door, refused to leave, and kept my husband outside for over thirty minutes. Even after being told no multiple times, they continued pushing and repeatedly asked to come inside our home. We have a child in the house, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Despite all of this, my husband agreed to a free estimate and clearly set boundaries on when it was acceptable to contact us. Those boundaries were completely ignored. Since then, they have been calling and messaging both of our phones repeatedly, to the point that it feels like harassment. This was not professional, respectful, or ethical behavior. Their sales tactics are pushy, invasive, and show a clear disregard for personal boundaries and consent. Do not give this company your contact information. Do not engage with them. We are documenting everything and are seriously considering formal complaints. This is not how a legitimate business should operate.

  Start with Austin came in our house was very polite with us and so was Ian. Part I didn’t like is they did a hard pull on my credit and I was told it was suppose to be a soft pull! Then we get to confirming everything and Austin and Ian’s communication was poorly! Mistakes happen but getting this far into everything upsets us very! We picked wood interior and they had white on the inside of windows which we didn’t pick out. Austin had everything picked out correctly then just no communication. Maybe next time communication can be little better before going all the way into a project. We are very upset they couldn’t work with us. Thanks.
