To be specific, I needed a radiator replaced in a chipper, you quoted me $3500, I called the parts directly from the manufacturer they quoted me $1400 + shipping. Having the same part replaced last year with quality service I was charged $2000. Upon asking how long it took them to repair the radiator they said 2 hours, mind you this is not a diesel equipment shop where my work was done at, meaning they did not have proper equipment to handle the project as efficiently as you do. $1500 (~6.5 hours when the job takes 2) may not be a lot to some, but to a small business it is. I have used you guys many times because of the convince of your location saving me travel. But this was the last straw, hearing you guys say $3500 was outrageous for the minor project that this is. This is only one example where I felt overcharged for work from RDO. This is coming from someone who has no problem paying for fair services.
