- CPConnie PedersonOct 5, 20255.0I met Cory and his team about five years ago when our AC decided to quit. Being the original unit since the house was built, it was time to replace AC and furnace. Being in a hot spell, Cory and his crew came on a Saturday to work tirelessly to get the unit replaced. He didn't oversell a product, communicated clearly of what we needed, installed a thermostat and before leaving he explained the proper steps of maintaining the new unit. He was so patient answering all of our questions. We asked about our aging water heater and he installed a new unit for us as well. We continue to use Dependable for routine maintenance as I trust Cory to take care of us. I strongly recommend Dependable Heating and Cooling! Cory is a true professional, hardworking, offers honest communication, fair pricing and his customer service is second to none. Thank you, Cory, we appreciate always helping us!

While the workmanship they performed was satisfactory, my experience with their service has been far from acceptable. The disrespect shown to me and my property was appalling. The mess they left, including mud tracks, was only the beginning of my concerns. I do not wish to enumerate all the issues here, but suffice it to say, the overall treatment was unacceptable. The final disappointment occurred when they came out to check the Freon in my new air conditioning unit and, rather than addressing the issue professionally, they laughed at what they had done. I'm a small business landlord that needs affordable long lasting repairs and units. They always give me great pricing and offer me a small discount for being a multiple return customer. I've even had Cory and his Son install on a severe weather day for an outdoor AC unit. They worked through the tornado warning and got the job done by end of day!
