Jake was out to install a whole house Aprilaire 600 humidifier. Jake was friendly and professional. He kept me informed on his progress and asked me if I had any questions during the process. The installation looks great and he cleaned up the work area. The humidifier is exactly what we needed.

I met Cory and his team about five years ago when our AC decided to quit. Being the original unit since the house was built, it was time to replace AC and furnace. Being in a hot spell, Cory and his crew came on a Saturday to work tirelessly to get the unit replaced. He didn't oversell a product, communicated clearly of what we needed, installed a thermostat and before leaving he explained the proper steps of maintaining the new unit. He was so patient answering all of our questions. We asked about our aging water heater and he installed a new unit for us as well. We continue to use Dependable for routine maintenance as I trust Cory to take care of us. I strongly recommend Dependable Heating and Cooling! Cory is a true professional, hardworking, offers honest communication, fair pricing and his customer service is second to none. Thank you, Cory, we appreciate always helping us!

Sunday evening, a day with 18 hour power outage in the area, AC failed to give us cool air after power was restored. Monday morning I called a local competitor, who has done work for me in the past, I was sent to voicemail, I gave my contact info, no reply,........ I called Dependable at 9:00 AM, Kim said Ryan can be out within the hour to look at my AC unit. Ryan arrived before 10:00 AM, diagnosed the problem, fixed condenser unit and was done by 10:15 AM. I just can't thank these employees enough for the service I received. Thank You, JK (Blaine)

What does HVAC stand for?
HVAC is an acronym for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning. This term encompasses the complete system responsible for regulating indoor climate and air quality. At Dependable Heating & Cooling, our team is equipped to handle all aspects of your HVAC system, from heating installations to air conditioning repairs.
How often should I service my HVAC system?
Based on our professional experience as heating and cooling contractors, we advise scheduling HVAC maintenance twice annually. We suggest a service in spring for your cooling system and another in fall for your heating system. This frequency ensures your HVAC system operates at peak efficiency and extends its lifespan.

In line with Carrier's recommendations and our professional experience, we suggest replacing standard one-inch furnace filters every one to three months, depending on the level of dirt accumulation. For reliable HVAC maintenance services, our team of experienced heating and cooling technicians is ready to assist you.
What are signs my HVAC system needs repair?
Be alert for these indicators: unusual sounds, inconsistent heating or cooling, increased energy costs, reduced airflow, and odd smells. If you notice any of these signs, it's likely your air conditioner or furnace requires attention. We encourage you to contact our team at Dependable Heating & Cooling for a thorough assessment.
Is a bigger HVAC system better?
Contrary to common belief, a larger HVAC system isn't always better. An oversized system can lead to inefficient operation, higher energy costs, and uneven temperature distribution. It's crucial to have professional heating and air conditioning installers determine the appropriate size for your specific needs. We invite you to contact our team for expert sizing and installation services.
