We were told that we would receive a phone call the day before installation as for what time the installer would be there. Reason for the phone call so I could take my bed apart and get it out of the way. I had just sat down to a hot breakfast there was a knock on the door. It was the installer. He had to wait for a half hour while I took the bed apart. Then I got to a cold breakfast. The installer was understanding as for how I felt. Jake the installer did a great job. The carpet looks good. I really think that was very inconsiderate of Cloquet Flooring for not returning my call after I called them the evening before. I left a message and was told someone will return my call that evening. They didn't. That's the reason for the three star's.
