  Furnace caught on fire and it’s -20 out today. I call them to come give me a quote on a full replacement. No answer. It’s a Saturday morning so it’s understandable. They have a number to call on there office voicemail for emergency’s , I call it and no answer. The voicemail says if this is emergency’s call the office directly. Pretty unorganized operation and they lost my business immediately just because of this little run around.

  Had both my furnace serviced and repair on the same day. One failed the following week and the other failed a week later. Same issues happening on both furnaces. Wasted money and time.

  I cannot say enough positive things about my experience! Moving from fuel oil to natural gas was always in the cards but became a reality when my fuel oil furnace started leaking fuel oil all over my floor. I was in a sheer panic when I called the emergency line on a Sunday afternoon. It was still relatively warm out and he recommended coming out early the next morning so as not to charge me an emergency fee. I knew I was in good hands then. Sure enough, my old furnace was done for. A week later, I have a brand new high efficiency natural gas furnace (and a new water heater!) and I couldn't be happier. They took the remaining fuel oil in the tank, the tank itself, the old furnace, and the old water heater so I didn't have to worry about any of it. The guys got the job done in roughly five hours despite being told a day and a half! They are quick and efficient, super friendly, and a joy to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

  Had someone from Brent's come out to look at my boiler when it wasn't working properly. First the guy tells me my whole system is junk and needs to be completely replaced which would cost me around $10,000. Then when I tell him there's no way I can afford that he tells me that it is possible to get my current unit running and lists off all these parts that it supposedly needed which he said would cost me $2000. I got a second opinion from another local guy who came out and looked FOR FREE and determined the cause was a faulty breaker. He showed me how to change the breaker myself and didn't charge me a dime. The cost to get it fixed ended up being $20 and Brent's still charged me $99 for the service call.
