  Years ago, my husband and I purchased my childhood home with a dream of retiring there once our kids were grown. When the time finally came to make that dream a reality, the emotions were overwhelming — excitement, fear, wonder, all of it. There was a lot to be done: bringing cohesiveness and functionality to the space while also making it somewhere we could truly age into. We interviewed several contractors before choosing Nolan and his team at Miller Custom Remodeling, and from the moment they walked through the door, they stood apart. I wasn't just looking for someone to execute a vision — I needed a partner who could help us shape one. That's exactly what we got. Nolan was transparent, communicative, and genuinely invested in the outcome from start to finish. What really set him apart, came after the project wrapped. We ran into a few things post-remodel — nothing related to his team's workmanship — and Nolan showed up every single time to investigate and help find solutions. He could have easily walked away after that final payment. He didn't. That says everything about his character and the way he runs his business. We would hire Miller Custom Remodeling again without a second thought.

  A Wholehearted Recommendation for Miller Custom Remodeling LLC: The summer of 2022 we hired Miller Custom Remodeling LLC to side our medium sized four-square home. We were told the crew would begin work the day after Labor Day. That, and multiple other promised dates, passed & eventually they started before Thanksgiving & completed the job after several December snowstorms. It was a mess! During the fall we were very disheartened & contacted another construction company, thinking Miller might not start/complete the job. However, they did. And nicely. As we negotiated after the job was done, Nolan Miller agreed to do some other work for us, stood by the work they had already done, cleaned up everything after the snow was gone and were very agreeable & easy to work with. They completed everything, even the smallest things, all with grace, ease and a cheerful attitude. In the end we understood how difficult the labor situation was that fall, and how faithful Nolan was. We have no hesitation in recommending them highly, and anticipating future construction needs, will hire them again. Thanks, Nolan! Great job!!

  Nolan and his company completed a custom kitchen & family room addition to our home and remodeled a portion of the existing main floor. We are 100% satisfied with everything, inside and out, down to the smallest detail. Communication was great and any concerns we had were attended to right away. We absolutely recommend Miller Custom Remodeling.

  My house suffered from hail damage. Damaged my roof, my siding, and wind damage to my screens. I contacted Miller customer remodeling to come out and take a look. I also contacted my insurance company who sent out an adjuster. Miller custom remodeling took the time to came back out to meet with my adjuster. Miller customer remodeling did everything. Met with the adjuster, did all the supplementing, replaced my roof, siding, and window screens. They took all the stress off my plate. I thought I was going to have to play the middleman between the contractor and the insurance company, but they did it all! They did such an awesome job!!! I actually have them coming back to build my deck with a four seasons underneath.
