  They seem to be unable to give a proper quote! They responded quickly but cannot seem to give me a quote for what I am asking them to do. I was asking for a quote for LVP throughout my house separating my upstairs from downstairs(dealing with insurance and willing to pay extra). I called in today to try and get some clarity and rectify the confusion but it seems they cant figure it out. I've had 7 different quotes sent to me all with different amounts ranging from $4500 to $12500.

  We had most of our carpeting replaced by Infinite Flooring. We had been to a couple of other flooring companies and obtained quotes. We weren’t comfortable with what was quoted and felt pressured to buy a certain brand of carpet. When we walked into Infinite Flooring, we were greeted by Andrew. He provided several choices of carpet with many color options to choose from. He came to our home and measured everything and discussed exactly what we wanted done and the process. We had a tight time frame in order to get it done. Once our carpet choices had been made, the process was seamless. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would and worked diligently through the day. The next day they arrived to finish the job as promised. They did a great job cleaning up and did a great job installing the carpet. We couldn’t be happier.

  We had a few areas of carpet that needed to be repaired due to unruly cats. I'd put it off forever and finally reached out to Infinite to see if they could help out. Not only did I get a very quick response the pricing was reasonable compared to what I was expecting. These weren't super easy areas to fix (doorways, stained carpet in the middle of the room) and the team that came out was able to make it look like new. 10/10 would recommend!

  Said they would do marble, tile, and hardwood floor restoration. Estimator was early, nice guy. Did not deliver estimate when promised. Never mentioned marble. Didn’t work with tile. Sent tile installer. Said they don’t restore tile. Said we had a shower leak but couldn’t find one. Unreliable. Looking to sell you something you don’t need.
