  The technition was fine. He mentioned to leave a message for his mgr. So this is for him. You charge Over a thousand $ labor per hour. And you expect me to tell everyone how wonderful you guys are. What planet are you from. It’s not rocket science to find out what the parts cost with the model, SN of the furnace. 45 minutes for the job. That’s over a thousand $. How do you sleep at night.

  Jarrod from Hurlburts Plumbing was out to replace a kitchen faucet that had started leaking. He arrived on time diagnosed the issue and quickly efficiently replaced the faucet, Jarrod did a great job ensuring it all worked it as it should and no leakage. Jarrod was very friendly and professional. I was very happy with this experience and highly recommend!

After dealing with a leak caused by a previous plumber just a week earlier, I was relieved to find such a knowledgeable and honest professional. Tony carefully assessed the issue and explained three possible causes. He provided a clear estimate upfront, quickly identified the problem (which turned out to be one of his original hypotheses), fixed it efficiently, and was on his way. The entire process was smooth and professional. What impressed me most was his expertise and transparency—I never felt overcharged or taken advantage of, unlike my prior experience.   Really appreciate Jared educating me on options for fixing a leak, and looking ahead at what changes could be made when we have to replace the water softener 5 years down the road. He was very clear in various levels of quality for different hardware with upsides and downsides for each. In the end, we got a quality job with a moderate price that met our expectations. Courteous, timely, efficient, honest and clean. Thanks

  Scott came out right away in the morning, apparently I was his first appointment. He looked at my problem and talked me out of what I was asking for. I had self diagnosed it, but I must have over diagnosed it because he showed me what the actual problem was. It still cost a bit, but I was prepared to pay “plumber” labor costs. People tend to forget this. I mentioned what I could pay for what he was replacing at a local retailer, which he agreed with but then mentioned labor. If I could do it myself how much would I charge myself? I certainly wouldn’t work for free, and when thinking about it the price he had quoted me was right in line with it. My mother has a “favorite” plumber that she contacts all the time and has paid to come to my place to work on my plumbing. What I’ve noticed EVERY TIME was he would find other things that needed fixing too and would talk her into doing these other things too, ending up spending all day at her place (and mine) fixing unrelated things. Sure, the work was good, but it was always a huge bill compared to what needed fixing. In my opinion he caused what turned into my problem though. I said “enough,” it was time to try someone else. I see lots of advertisements on TV for plumbers and have used some in the past, noting how expensive they were. So in my Google search I came across Hulburt Heating & Plumbing. I’ve never seen advertisements from them. I’m sure they advertise, but not on the expensive television. Plus they’re family owned. This was a plus as many of those advertisers are franchises and again have high fees to pay and pass those fees onto the consumer. Not Hulburt as far as I can tell. Scott came out, fixed my problem, didn’t say “I noticed this other thing that needs fixing,” no. He only fixed what I needed. He gave me 5 star service at a decent price. He was kind, considerate and professional. He noticed some posters on my walls and made a personal comment about them, making the whole experience much more pleasant than the gruff plumber stereotype.
