  I had the pleasure of working with Scott who helped me with a clogged kitchen drain. Scott was knowledgeable, quick, clean, and straightforward. Couldn't ask for better service.

  Got to the bottom of the gas leak(s) in my basement with knowledge & quickness. I asked questions he was happy to help me understand. Moe very naturally offered me their Membership Plan and upon seeing benefit, I joined directly.

  Had furnace issue overnight and woke up to 57 degree temperature in house with no heat (and temps dropping - outside temp was in the teens). Messaged them at 8:20AM on a Sunday (they advertise 24/7 service) and provided information they requested Immediately and never heard back from them again after 8:25AM. Luckily I didn't wait around and found another local HVAC team who quickly responded/resolved my Carrier gas valve that went bad. Disappointing.

  Diego was a pleasure to have at our home. He came twice. In his first visit he diagnosed what we needed by communicating with our electric company. Then he made sure that the office knew not to bill us for that trip as he would be back when the electric company delivered their meter. Diego was knowledgeable, efficient and a great communicator. He did a great job explaining the process and his work. I enjoyed meeting him!

  Ongoing issue and I will change this review as things go. As of now, I’m giving them 1 star. I’m also unsure if this is where the tech came from as the invoice billing address is Wisconsin. One of my radiators in my house wasn’t working so I called Hurlburt to assist with diagnostic and repair. Before Hurlburt came out, I had a friend assist me in testing to self-diagnose it. We determined the valve seemed to work but there wasn’t any flow through the radiator. This would indicate a blockage somewhere in the system and we decided we needed a professional. Hurlburt came for the diagnostic and system service appointment. The technician said the valve was actually broken and that was why the flow wasn’t getting through. I asked if they were sure because the quote to replace the valve was over $1400. They said that was what was causing the lack of flow. I authorized them to order the part so we could do the repairs. They returned for the repair appointment. They replaced the valve and surprise the radiator still isn’t getting any flow. There must be a blockage somewhere in the pipes. They provided another estimate over $1400 just to diagnose where the blockage was. It doesn’t include the cost of repairs. They want to charge me $1400 for the valve replacement which wasn’t the issue and I wouldn’t have authorized if I wasn’t assured that was the issue. I wish the tech had bothered to do more diagnostics before recommending a $1400 repair that didn’t resolve the issue. I can’t afford to waste $1400 on a useless repair.
