- KIKelly Ische5 days ago5.0Joe Koch came out to my house due to a water leak, he was very nice and took the time to show me what was wrong with my furnace. I actually learned a lot that day. Nate told about all the options I could possibly do but I decided to get a new furnace and air conditioner. That same day within 2-3 hours they were at my house installing the new furnace, very efficient. Nate Fiedler installed my new furnace, very nice guy. I would like to thank everyone that came to my house for doing an amazing job! I will definitely call Home Care Heating and Air if I come across any other problems…..

ExtraordinaireJan 2, 20265.0We went down in our utility room New Year's Day and found a huge puddle of water called up these guys Home Care Heating and Air and left a message for an appointment right away between 8:00 and 10:00 the next day which was today.. they came out and surveyed and found out we had a crack in the heater core and we needed a new furnace. Gave us a great price on one and replaced it within the day! Even gave us a good discount with paying check or cash.. Joe, Nate and Chris were very very helpful, kind, courteous and explained everything in full and I would recommend these guys and Home Care Heating and Air company for all your needs with heating and air conditioning. Great job guys!.. đź’Ż I'm now adding a second part to this review, I called Lindsey and Britt at the office because we had an issue after install, Bob Kast was dispatched to our house, We had a small hose leak after the furnace was replaced. They came out within 15 minutes of my call and fixed the problem and now we are good again. All I can say is these guys are great and they are efficient and get the job done.. 100% guys. Please Thank all the people involved!
- SBStephen BaconDec 31, 20255.0Excellent experience from the first visit (which was about 14 hours from when I called that our furnace was down) to install (which happened about 14 hours after I called to go ahead with the estimate). They knew their stuff and handled everything for us start to finish. Lee went above and beyond to make sure our thermostat was functioning and the furnace was properly and quickly installed and I would recommend them to friends and family! Their pricing was also competitive and the financing options help a ton when an unexpected expense like a broken furnace catches you by surprise!
- DHDaniel HunterDec 18, 20255.0Joe has been awesome! Been to our house twice this season and provided TOP NOTCH service each time. The 1st time was for a seasonal tune-up and this time was to replace a failed pressure sensor. Joe diagnosed the issue quickly, ran out and got the part, installed it, and we're back up and running! Also dealt with our rowdy (but friendly!) dog with an exceptional level of grace. I can only think of 3 companies I love having do work on our house. Home Care is one of them, and one of the others is Chimney Doctors which is also owned by the same people! I don't think it's a coincidence that 2 of my 3 favorites are run by the same folks. Don't hesitate to call Home Care if you have any issues!
- KDKD DKDec 15, 20255.0Bob Kast was the technician that came out to do a furnace tune up for us. Our furnace is 3 years old. He informed me that this shouldn’t have passed inspection as they left the black plastic pipes throughout our furnace room and those aren’t currently and weren’t allowed at the time of install due to them being made out of the wrong materials. Only actual pvc piping was to be used and they should have replaced my pipes at that time in order to pass inspection. The work was either never inspected, or done by the installer sending pictures of the install to our city. Also, the water line should have been angled down and away from the furnace rather than backing up into it. I really appreciate Bob taking the time to explain it all to me and for all the pictures he took of what is wrong. We will very likely have him repair it all correctly after contacting the original company to let them know all that they didn’t do right.
