They were patient and informative as they shared various options for us to consider. We ended up financing a replacement along with some other repairs and upgrades to help with efficiency in our home. They gave us space heaters to borrow and Lee came back the next day with Bob to get the new furnace installed. Also, they were friendly and considerate of our pets, which is very important to me.
