  We have been so pleased with our Kinetico Reverse Osmosis system. The water tastes so pure and the technicians are highly professional! The only downside is that my kids are now spoiled with this great water and don’t like the taste of any other! 😊

Joe from Sales took the time to listen carefully to my specific requirements and preferences, ensuring that the solution matched my needs. I additionally chose the Kinetico drinking water system. The process required ordering the new equipment, which took about two weeks to schedule the installation. When the time came, Noah, the installer, demonstrated exceptional talent and expertise in his work. Throughout each interaction, I found the employees at Haferman to be extremely kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Their dedication to customer service stood out at every step.   Our water system was a complete game changer for us. Every technician we’ve worked with for just general service has been very helpful. We had a technician come out this week (Joe S) to test our water and change our filters. He was so friendly and knowledgeable.

  Joe asked all the questions necessary to identify the issue and took the time to resolve it. Then, conducted a well test and identified our water had more iron that when we built our home and made a recommendation to remedy our high iron water to make it easier on our water system and prolonging its life. Nice job Joe!
