No communication around pricing, no communication around parts or options, and charged 2-10X versus parts easily found online. We didn’t want to use their faucet because it is $225 which is 3-5X more expensive than all of the other options online. Installed it without any sort of communication or acknowledgement.

The sales service was super fast and professional, all questions were answered promptly. The system was a bit pricey... but after suffering bad water for 20 years I feel like it was well spent money and don't regret it. The install took the better part of the day, but my install technician was great. He showed me how to change the filters and operate the system. Everything is installed right where I wanted it in the basement. No leaks, good install. Now my water feels super soft and clean in the shower, it uses way less salt, the rust stains are gone, a quite noticeable difference in water quality. More importantly for me, I now have peace of mind knowing I can also drink clean, filtered water from my faucet. Thanks Haferman!
- RDRick DeNommeNov 5, 20255.0For some reason our Kinetico drinking water was tasting awful so we had Haferman send someone out Spenser came out and tested the water from tab, refrigerator and the Kinetico tab. All were within testing limits except the one directly from the city which was what it should be. Than Spenser asked if the system was ever sanitized and we said not that we know of, so he suggested that we try doing that which we agreed to . Now we have to go through a flushing out time before we know if that works. Won’t know that till we’re done with process of flushing system out.
