In one of the cabinets, one of the shelves kept falling down. I was told from a Ferguson employee that they just supply the product and have no responsibility if it is defective. They told me to call the medicine cabinet maker. As far as I am concerned Ferguson Plumbing Supply has poor customer service, and unsatisfactory product support after a sale.
