We had Eagle Siding do two smaller projects for us to repair spots in siding. They did a great job even in matching the current siding. Good work on both house projects!

Eagle Siding did an exceptional job replacing our storm-damaged roof and gutters. Buck Christensen made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire process. Buck even walked the roof with the insurance adjuster to ensure that nothing was overlooked. His crew was fast and professional, using tarps to protect the shrubs around the house and making sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. We highly recommend Eagle Siding to anyone seeking quality roofing, siding, and gutters!

I have used Eagle Siding now on three different projects, windows, siding, gutters and a deck repair. Each experience was handled with professionalism, quality workmanship and on time. I rarely take time to do these reviews but given the scope and importance this work had to my homes value and the impact it has for fellow homeowners I felt it worth the time. I would recommend and will continue to use Eagle whenever possible and would recommend there services to anybody. Thanks To Buck and his staff!!!!

Everything about my experience with Eagle was superb from the first time Buck came out to look at our roof to the end of the roof replacement. Buck provided excellent guidance in deciding what was needed and he worked really well with our insurance company. In the end we re-sheathed the entire roof, put up new 50 year shingles, new gutters and downspouts, and replaced a skylight. Their work was impeccable from start to finish and they were super careful and respectful of our property and our neighbor's. I would use them again without hesitation.

How long should a roof last?

Like any building component, roofs degrade at different rates depending on a large number of factors: the quality of original construction, the level of abuse, the level of maintenance, appropriateness of design, etc. So how long should a roof last? We have seen poorly designed and installed roofs go as few as six or seven years before they failed, and we have seen old coal tar built up roofs that were over 60 years old. Most building owners, roofing contractors and designers feel 20 years is an acceptable service life.
