They came out on a Sunday in minus-10-degree weather to handle warranty work on our furnace. Even though they did not have the correct part that night, they made sure we were not left without heat. The owner personally came out and brought us space heaters to get us through the night, which says everything about how much they care about their customers. The very next morning, they were back at our house by 10:00 AM with the correct part and had the furnace fully up and running. This was all warranty work, and they handled everything completely free of charge with zero hassle or questions. Incredible service, great communication, and genuine care. I would highly recommend Burnsville Heating and Air to anyone looking for a company they can truly trust.
