  Besser Glass has replaced sliding glass doors for me in the past. They also provided a very nice glass door for our new shower and full door mirror. We had them check on the shower door for movement and it was adjusted. I am definitely happy with their work. I have found it may take more than one attempt to reach a live person. They have provided good quality work.

  I spoke with them on a tub/shower surround. when I called to schedule them to come out to measure, no response for a week. I called again and was told they are too busy, find someone else. They had previously done other glass work for us, but now they don’t want the work?

  This company does not deserve a single star! I just had a terrible patio door glass replacement experience with this company and would not recommend them, under any circumstances. They installed sub par replacement glass, in my 8-foot sliding patio door set up and did not reinstall the patio doors correctly. When asked who made the replacement glass, they could not, or would not tell me who made it, or where it came from. They did not replace the weather seals/weather stripping; but, rather reused parts of the existing, which leaves the entire set up basically faulty and entirely unsealed. The stationary door is completely misaligned and the sliding door does not slide properly, making a very, very loud screeching /squeaking sound when shutting the door. Furthermore, the door will only slide with a lot of force, which was not the case, previously. The entire set up is completely out of whack and misaligned and the weather stripping is ruined. The stationary door has wobble and movement, which it did not have before. The installer was pretty defensive and dismissive, stating “Well, we just do the glass.” He departed, leaving me hanging with now defective, misinstalled patio doors and suggested he would have the business owner call me. The owner never called me and is ignoring my calls to them. I feel scammed and ripped off, to say the least and now need to figure out how to get my patio doors properly fixed. Besser Glass did more damage than good and they are not owning up to their mistakes. If you are in the business of offering glass replacements for patio doors, you obviously need to know how to uninstall and reinstall patio doors correctly and properly!!! This business is unprofessional and has completely failed me. I would urge other consumers to be aware of their poor customer service and inferior install practices. I cannot recommend this company!
