  Was told over a week ago they would come fix my wheelchair lift and never heard back tell I called and they decided they wouldn’t be able to fix my lift leaving me without a way in and out of my house for over a week and only after I called a couple times terrible service and communication would never recommend them to anyone

  It is absurd for the service. $219 for the battery while i can get it from amazon for $75. And the battery is new when i bought it too and they said the volt only has 7 while it said 12 volt. Then miscommunication on charged $533 on just the battery and service charge. Then $160 billed us later for the charger. Without telling ua they gonna charge ua for that. So bad. Just replace a battery and a charger and get billed $700. ABSURD!!!!! Will never recommend and return.

  We had a ceiling lift replaced recently by Access Lifts. Working with this company has been such a pleasant, simple process. The staff that I've talked to at Access Lifts have been extremely helpful, professional, and polite. They worked directly with our county case worker in terms of the financial piece of our project - and that was so nice. Thank you, Access Lifts for a really wonderful experience. I will recommend this company 100%.

  I am so happy we were able to work with Acess lifts again. In 2020 they installed a stair lift and ceiling lift over our bath tub for my daughter. We have now added ceiling lift in 3 more rooms. All the staff at Acess lifts are so nice to work with. They are efficient and do great work. Daily life is so much easier for my disabled 8 year old and me!

  Love the new overhead lift Access Lifts installed. Install was completed in one afternoon and it works great. Highly recommend them.
