- JMJulie McDonellAug 19, 20255.0We had a stair lift and VPL lift installed by Access Lifts and everything was incredible— the sales representative and the installation crew were informative, friendly, helpful, and great at explaining and communicating how to use the equipment. It has made life so much easier for us (and our backs), and our daughter loves them too! Access Lifts coordinated this work with two other contractors and it was a smooth and seamless process from beginning to end. They truly care about their customers. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
- SPsteve passonMay 21, 20251.0Was told over a week ago they would come fix my wheelchair lift and never heard back tell I called and they decided they wouldn’t be able to fix my lift leaving me without a way in and out of my house for over a week and only after I called a couple times terrible service and communication would never recommend them to anyone

We have now added ceiling lift in 3 more rooms. All the staff at Acess lifts are so nice to work with. They are efficient and do great work. Daily life is so much easier for my disabled 8 year old and me!
