We had been hearing a loud squealing noise coming from our furnace and it was getting louder and we were concerned. Tim came out that same afternoon. He checked it out and said that we needed a new motor. He was very good at explaining all the info and advised us on what we could do. He also tested for carbon monoxide. He did a thorough job and was very efficient. He was also very personable.

She also told me who would be coming and when. Shortly after Tim's text to tell me he was on his way, he was at my door. I let him in, he removed his shoes an went right to work. We have a new home and they did the Heating & A/C. He found the gas leak within minutes. He showed me were it was and it was not on the the furnace but on the line to the water heater. That was installed by a different company but Tim said he will fix it so I don't have to wait for someone else to come out. He fixed it and checked all other gas connections to verify no other leaks. I am very happy that my builder choose such a reliable company to do business with.
