- PPPamMar 5, 20263.0Well, the chair was fine until it wasn't. I've had it less than 2 years. In that time they had to replace a motor, but luckily it was under warranty. I still had to pay the service call of $314, so be it. Then not a few months later the batteries went dead. Of course, not under warranty. So that bill is $379. It's not even 2 years old!! The service person was great. I'm beginning to think I have a lemon. If this was a car.....Now wondering why the electricity part didn't work. It's electric with a battery backup. I remember being told that 'When the electricity goes out, the battery will still operate it.' Found out that it's battery operated with a charger. Didn't know that. They did give me a credit for the battery replacement which I appreciate. Hopefully, I won't have to use it for a while.
- CGCrystal GallagherDec 23, 20225.0I am so happy we were able to work with Acess lifts again. In 2020 they installed a stair lift and ceiling lift over our bath tub for my daughter. We have now added ceiling lift in 3 more rooms. All the staff at Acess lifts are so nice to work with. They are efficient and do great work. Daily life is so much easier for my disabled 8 year old and me!
