    Chark was awesome, worked through my shed project and took the time to listen to me. I am in the market but not yet ready to make a purchase but he never rushed me in the process, told me to take my time and that he’s available when I am ready.

    Chark provided excellent customer service on our first Tuff Shed a year ago and now we are back to have an additional shed designed and installed. Chark remembered working with us and was able to reference our specific needs from the first project to make the second one especially easy. Chark has is great at getting back in a timely fashion and addressing questions. Looking forward to working with Chark for a Second Tuff Shed.

    The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Chark was very knowledgeable, informative, and patient with me. The installers were excellent too. There was a mixup with the custom paint and it wasn't available on site the day of the install for the crew to do a second coat. Gary sent out a painter the very next day and he did a superb job. I'm very picky and expect things done right; everyone at Tuff Shed exceeded my expectations. The shed is such a high quality product too. It's exactly what I wanted and very competitive in pricing. The warranty is unbeatable. Even though it's a national company, the experience feels very personal and I only dealt with local people. I've already recommended Tuff Shed to all the neighbors who have admired our shed.
