- MKMichael KloeppnerDec 12, 20251.0Uhaul I reserved was not what they gave me. Reserved a 15 foot for around $100 they said I reserved a 26 foot. The cost they said was only a difference of $10. The total when I showed up wasn't anywhere near $100. They slid me a paper to sign. Price was $250. I declined the rental and left. Came back a minute later after deciding to just take the deal and never rent from them again. They said they already charged and refunded the amount and would have to charge me again. The truck started shaking and bobbing over 45mph. It was scarey but figure it would smooth out. It did not. Returned the truck and told them about it. They said it's not thier problem, they just rent them out.
- P4point 444Nov 11, 20251.0Stay away from this place, especially if you need propane. Usually I fill propane at tractor supply, 2- 30lb tanks, ~7gal ea, cost $40-45 +tax. This place uses a flat rate (to be fair I should have asked) first time I've ever run into this, $62 dollars for an empty tank and the other 1/2 full. The lady tried to stay they were the cheapest, I called BS! This place is taking advantage of people too good natured to put a stop to this bad business practice of over charging people for profit!
