  I called Vector and spoke with Heather in the warehouse. I had a few questions about some parts i needed and she answered them with so much knowledge, she was friendly and very informative. Vector will be the company I call for all my services.

  I was extremely pleased with the work completed on my home by Vector Services. From start to finish, their team was prompt, professional, and respectful of my home, leaving everything clean and organized throughout the process. The office staff was exceptional as well. They communicated with me every step of the way, followed up regarding my service, and worked quickly to get a technician to my home in a timely manner to resolve the issue. I especially appreciated how thoroughly they broke down my quote, ensuring I understood exactly what work was being completed and what to expect. Overall, the level of customer service, communication, and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend Vector Services to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality work.

  I was in need of a complete replacement of my heating boiler system. Part of it was put in 1963...old!!😳 I give 5 stars to Vector Services & part owner Mark Goetz. He had everything so organized that I had zero concerns. He had a team of 3 specialized technicians here to finish the job the same day. 5 stars to Eric Propson, 5 stars to Dylan Kubec & 5 stars to Kiefer Paulson. Each one did an amazing job.   Friendly and knowledgeable service technicians. They diagnosed a problem with our furnace and installed the new part quickly. Nex on the list was looking at our 30 year old air conditioner. Lets just say there's no fixing that one! Looking forward to having Vector services back for a new AC in the future! Great company, would highly recommend!!

  Larry Henkel was amazing! We had our water heater go out last night so we reached out to Vector and it was not an easy job to say the least. Tight spacing and really old unit but he came through and left my house just as clean as it was when he arrived, explained what I was to expect, very friendly and professional. I highly recommend these guys they are top notch!!
