  Great experience. Steven was an excellent tech/sales rep. He walked me through what I needed vs wanted well. He did his job quickly and cleanly. There was an issue with the motor that was installed, and he quickly rectified the problem with an upgraded unit! Highly recommend Steven and Mr. Spring for any garage door projects.

  Super impressed with this company. Got a call about 1 minute after I put in my inquiry and they had a ton of availability.I had the ability to track my technician when he was on his way, which was super convenient since I was working from home. Brenden did a great job and I highly recommend!!

  A tech (Jon?) was able to come and work on my garage the same day and got it work. Besides the labor cost which I think it is reasonable, the cost of parts were way too overpriced. I was quoted $1200 with the parts that are rust free but I switched to regular option with their manager discount, they were able to bring it down to $800 ($650 for parts). When I finally had the time to look at the invoice, these should have cost a total of $150 max at Home depot, Menards, etc. If I had got them myself. I can understand for a business to charger higher than other big commercial store but 4 times more is a total rip off in my opinion. I contacted them and they are still convinced that they offer the best prices out there. They even told me that they just quoted a different customer for the same service for $1400 to make me think that I got a "steal". Why would you offer someone else the same service but a very significantly different price, should it be the same? I wish I had taken back their offer and l carefully looked at other options.

  We were so pleased with the work Tech Manager Donley Skroch did on our garage door. He professionally and skillfully repaired and replaced several parts and mechanisms in little over an hour! He was so kind and personable to deal with and he didn't try to upsell anything to us. We HIGHLY recommend this company!

  Technician was great but this is the most overpriced service I have ever seen. I was able to get a company out the same day right after them. They got the job done for 1/3 of the price Mr springs quoted me. Also with upgrades I have a ton of neighbors needing a spring replacements. i could never recommend a company that would charge such a ridiculous amount. My first experience with Mr springs I thought I had a good experience but looking back that was terrible as well I had to help the technician do the work took over a hour of my day got filthy and paid over 500 for a rubber bottom to be installed that I supplied myself. overall 0/10 go with the company that cares about you
