He traced and diagnosed the issue very quickly and dove right into navigating the kinda messy solution. He was super enthusiastic and helpful and had a whatever-it-takes attitude to get us back up and running again. He also followed up the next day to make sure everything was working as expected. Really appreciated his service oriented manner and professional help.
