  Had some issues with my kitchen sink plumbing and the faucet itself. Nathan was able to come in and make the fixes the same week I called. He explained the whole process to me, and gave me a few options for the fix. Super nice guy, and was professional while making the fixes. Excited to not have to deal with anymore kitchen sink plumbing issues!

  After recently going through water damage mitigation in our home, the last thing we needed was more stress. We had another plumber come out who gave us a long list of expensive things that “needed” to be done, and it felt overwhelming and unnecessary. Then Nathan from Service Star Plumbing came in — and what a difference. His honesty, integrity, and transparency were incredibly refreshing. He took the time to clearly explain the scope of work, thoroughly assess our plumbing system, and provide straightforward recommendations without any pressure. He arrived exactly when he said he would, respected our home, and completed the job quickly and efficiently with great attention to detail.   As someone whos been in the trades all my life, this company is as good as it gets. I had a water main break and cause a huge mess. I was already stressed and I called them out of chance that it was the first number that popped up. Im glad I did! The gal working the phones is really nice and very helpful. I was HOPING to MAYBE have someone out that day.... They had someone out in less than 2 hours. 2 hours may seem like a little while...until you realize this is a small family owned company with only a few guys. This isnt like the big companies with the fancy vans all over town...and the service is the proof of that. I dealt with Nathan and I have nothing but good things to say. Knowledgeable and FAIR with his pricing and his service. He threw in a couple extras at no cost because he wanted the job done RIGHT. One of the big companies would have me signing change orders and agreeing to more money. This company is going in my phonebook and I'll be using them for my plumbing needs going forward. Without question.

  Nathan is as blue collar as they come! Which is hard to find these days! He showed up and knocked out putting in a new water heater in the same day…and it was late in the day. But he came over and knocked it out!

  The faucet of my tub was leaking and Service Star Plumbing was there for me with fast, compentent, same-day service. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up leaving everything in good working order
