  After a garage fire I ordered replacement doors. The sales person came to my home to see what I had which were R18.4 doors as my garage is heated. What I have is thinner doors that are not sealed between panels. The wind blows between the panels. The panels were replaced with the excate same issue. The door panels are of very low quality with inconsistent manufacturing. The people at Mr Spring have all been very nice and professional. The product they sold me is crap. If you are buying an insulated door shop elsewhere. Since I requested the same type of door as I had previously I am very disappointed. Buyer beware, Shop elsewhere!!

  Donley was fantastic! Came right out and had the door working within an hour. Realigned the electric eye and showed me how to do it. Also taught me how to open it without the automatic opener! Talk about above and beyond! And a great guy to shoot the breeze with! Thank you!

  John arrived a few hours after I called about my broken garage door spring and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was transparent about the pricing and the replacement cost was very fair. Didn't take long for him to have the springs replaced and the door working again. He also brought up the old age of my door and motor, and laid out some options and numbers for replacing those, but he wasn't pushy about doing it now, which I really appreciated. Overall it was an excellent experience and they'll certainly be getting my business when I decide to replace the door and motor.

  I don’t even know where to start. Jon came out today to give us an estimate for a new garage door and opener. Things started out fine. However, the longer he was here, the more downhill we went. The first red flag was when he was explaining the things that would be included, he mentioned that he could call my husband and go through all the details with him. I explained that I didn’t need his approval. His tone quickly changed into how independent of a woman I seemed like, blah blah blah. The second red flag was he was bragging about how amazing of a deal he was getting me. When I said I had gotten a quote from another company that was much less, he immediately went into saying he had never heard of this company and he recommended going with a reputable company such as theirs to make sure we were taken care of. He made some phone calls to see if he could get the price closer to the other company I got quoted. When he came back, he informed me that no one else had heard of this other company either and continued to bash them. He made the price $200 cheaper by giving me a garage door opener that retailed for over $400 less than the original quoted. Now I’m not mathematician, but that math doesn’t add up. I felt very pressured that I needed to go with them or else I’d have a garage door done by shotty people. When I explained that I didn’t care for his bashing of another company and the pressure, his whole demeanor changed. Mr Spring: I hope you guys can do better with future quotes. You were highly recommended in the neighborhood group and I would have loved to support a local company.
