Had my adjuster come and evaluate my project and four days later Mikes Team showed up and did a great job cleaned up nicely after the roof for the replaced The quote was spot on no hidden extras. I can’t thank them enough. I would recommend them to anybody looking to have a roof replaced.
- AWAl WikstromSep 14, 20252.0READ WHOLE DESCRIPTION!!!!!! PISS POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! IF THEY WANNA ARGUE ABOUT THIS REVIEW I HAVE THE WHOLE CONVERSATION STILL. I would give 2.5 stars Called to have a roof redone on a barn/shed, then on the main house I wanted an estimate on paper not email, same with billing I want a paper invoice, even stated this to Doug. After it was done I received a message 5 days later at 1:34 a.m. requesting I pay my balance, first off, I never received an invoice 2ndly it hasnt even been 30 days, 3rd how unprofessional to contact someone this early in the morning demanding payment. I replied that it was rude, unprofessional and I would like a paper statement so I can see how the billing went. Anyone can just say you owe me this money but wouldnt you like an itemized record? The work was good and decently priced, so, I never got the bid for my other house, so they lost business for that, plus owning other rental properties lost out on those, along with my Shoust being built as I am the contractor hiring out the subs as needed.
