- DADaryl Allen6 days ago5.0I would recommend all of the folks that came into our house to install our heat pump and water heater. I had many questions since I have never had a heat pump before. They answered every one of them, which I’m sure took more time than they wished. But they were much more patient with me than my kids are. All three of the fellows involved in the installation of the heat pump, Brian, Tay, Kahin, all answered questions with patience and full explanations. One thing I would recommend is that you try to learn the app on your phone, it was so much different than our old thermostat. But the more we learn about the app, the happier we are with our system. We feel like we now have a very usable basement, whereas the old system just never seemed to be able to get the basement warm. Now we are looking forward to the much much lower bills!
