Mark from Ferguson came out right away with another pump so we could have water immediately. He told me the repair for this specific pump usually runs between $800-$1600 depending on how much needed to be repaired. When he called back the grand total was $918. They could have told us whatever price in that range they wanted and what could we have done. Can't believe we found a honest, very professional company. I highly recommend this company!
