- MTMichael ThurmesMay 29, 20241.0Unbelievably shabby work! Our lake home was built by Norgren in 2007. We have had endless water intrusion problems which has costed >$50,000 to correct. Our 3 season porch has been sinking and we discovered that the four posts supporting the stucture were placed without footings! We will now have to find a competent contractor to correct the problem, undoubtedly costing thousands more.
